Found something wrong with the service? Got the scene that doesn't want to work with RayPump?

Please report all the issues you'll find out.
The most valuable bug-report posts contain:
  • descriptive topic (something more specific than e.g. "problem")
  • version of your operating system
  • version of Blender/RayPump that you use
  • your local system specs (CPU/GPU?)
  • sample blend file - you can attach up to 20 MB blend files on forum
  • example renders (if scene renders out, but with issues)

In case you don't want to public your blend file on the forum, give the blend file name instead. Doing so means that you'll agree to use your blend files by RayPump stuff - but only for testing required to solve described case.

Please remember - reporting bad behaving scenes is the fastest way to improve RayPump functionality. Many (many) issues has been already resolved this way!

Thanks for all your feedback!

Sorry I've been a lil inactive, its that run up to new year and it always gets a little busy :)

Will definitely use this as a template to report a problem :)
